CRAIN AND KISOW JOIN MURGENT CORPORATION EMAIL MARKETING SERVICE AND SALES DEPARTMENTS

Santa Ana, CA — March 18, 2006 — Toby Crain has been named Director of Customer Services and Rick Kisow is new Key Accounts Sales Manager at mUrgent Corporation, an international email marketing agency, according to company CEO and president, Boris Bugarski.

“Our client roster, specializing in the restaurant hospitality industry, has grown more than 500 percent since January, 2005. The creative graphic design and sales management skills that Crain and Kisow provide are essential to maintaining the momentum generated through our offices in Orange County, Denver, Australia, the Near East and Europe,” said Bugarski.

Crain will oversee the design and production of two or more targeted, customized graphic design campaigns for each mUrgent client every month. His design and copywriting team monitors current email marketing trends to help find brand marketing solutions and keep clients current on the most effective campaign techniques. Designs include a wide variety of visuals including product and service photos, company brand logos, coupons and compelling call-to-action text.

Crain has 22 years of customer service experience, including 10 years in retail management, three years as an inside sales manager and 11 years in website development & design.

Kisow, a veteran of more than 20 years in the hospitality industry, is responsible for introducing the cost- and labor-saving advantages of email marketing to single site and restaurant groups that have traditionally relied on display and broadcast advertising and direct mail. He will focus on educating restaurateurs about how email can build customer retention and provide a high return on investment.

He began his restaurant career in his family’s cafeteria business in Long Beach in 1982, then supervised 18 Pat & Oscar’s quick casual family dining restaurants in San Diego. Most recently he was district manager for 10 Orange County Taco Bell locations, generating over $10 million annually. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English from San Diego State University and is active in the Greater Orange County Chamber of Commerce.
