Prominent Business Attorney Joins Martin, Kane, Kuper

A practicing attorney for more than 20 years, Zullo has represented individuals, limited partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations in all areas of small business practice, estate planning, debt and equity financing, equipment leasing, business property, probate and trust law matters. He has successfully litigated real estate matters, probate and estate controversies, shareholder and partner disputes, state and federal tax controversies and other business law-related cases.

Zullo earned a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Florida State Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association and its Tax and Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Sections, and the Middlesex County Bar Association.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court.

Zullo has been active in pro bono legal counseling for senior citizens for many years at the New Brunswick Senior Resource Center and serves on the Zoning Board of the Township of Piscataway, where he resides.
