Singh appointed to the Board of Directors of Multi-Bank Services, Ltd.

Multi-Bank Securities, Inc., (MBS), announces that Ranjit Singh, CFO has been appointed to the Board of Directors of Multi-Bank Services, Ltd., the holding corporation of MBS. "His dedication and hard work has strengthened the core foundations of MBS and has opened new avenues of opportunity for growth in a relatively short time." According to Dave Maccagnone, CEO of Multi-Bank Services, Ltd., & Multi-Bank Securities, Inc.

As part of the change, he will be stepping down from his post as CFO and a new CFO will be named the first week of January. With the restructuring of his responsibilities at MBS, Singh will be tackling new challenges in another role in Moscow, Russia at Golden Telecom, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLDN) as Director of Corporate Finance and Head of Investor Relations.
