Acquisitions Corporation announces Private Bond Offering

(Williamsburg, Virginia) Acquisitions Corporation announced today the private offering of $10,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of its 15 percent Senior Notes due 2007. Such offering is being made only to private and institutional investors under exemptions from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, including without limitation, Rule 144A. The net proceeds from the offering will be used by the company for acquisitions.

The new notes have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or under any state securities or "blue sky" laws, and may not be offered or sold in the United States absent registration or an applicable exemption from registration requirements. The above described offering is being made in reliance upon exemptions from registration under the Securities Act for an offering and sale which does not involve a public offering.
