Laughing Gas celebrates Tom DeLay's Birthday on Saturday, April 8th in Miami Lakes

Starting at 11pm at the Main Street Playhouse, 6766 Main Street in Miami Lakes on Saturday April 8th, Laughing Gas will provide 90 minutes of no-holds-barred comedy and political satire at the expense of the politically elite.

"Don't get us wrong," said cast member and director for the evening Todd Rice. "We're not out to just bash Republicans, we'll bash 'em all. Democrats, Republicans, Green Party, Independents, they're all fair game."

"Improvisational theatre has always been a hotbed for satirical comedy," said director Gerald Owens. "Laughing Gas tries to be the leader in political satire, and has earned a reputation as THE place to go for this kind of comedy."

Tickets are $10 and there is no drink minimum or age requirement.

Laughing Gas has earned a reputation as the top culturally relevant troupe in South Florida, having performed shows to "Improv The Vote", "Improv-ing The Community" for charities and themed shows on topics of the day. Laughing Gas has been picked as a Social Miami "Pick of the Week" several times for their themed shows and is regularly recognized for its socially relevant material. Laughing Gas was also recently honored as Best Short-Form Improv Troupe in Miami Dade County at the Improv Miami Prizes.
