Coreland Companies Lands Over 1.1 Million SF in New Retail & Office/Medical Management Assignments in So. CA — Another Exceptional Quarter for Coreland

TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest privately held real estate service companies based in California, announced that it was awarded six new management assignments in Southern California totaling more than 1.1 million square feet during the last quarter including the Carousel Mall in San Bernardino, Plaza del Sol in Burbank, Brea Plaza in Brea, Westchester Shopping Center in Los Angeles, and Canyon Country Plaza in Canyon Country, plus a portfolio of 12 medical/office properties in the South Bay region.

Centinela Freeway Healthcare System (CFHS), an existing client of Coreland, awarded Coreland with an additional portfolio of 12 medical/office properties totaling approximately 85,000 square feet. Coreland already manages CFHS’s primary medical building at their Marina del Rey campus.

Coreland was also awarded the management contract for Carousel Mall, a 495,000-square-foot enclosed regional mall located in San Bernardino. Coreland will be managing the mall during its extensive redevelopment by the property’s owner.

Other management assignments include: Plaza del Sol, a 165,000-square-foot shopping center located at 10950 Sherman Way in Burbank and anchored by Vallarata Supermarket and Powerhouse Gym; Brea Plaza, a 148,000-square-foot shopping center located at the intersection of the 57 Freeway and Imperial Highway in Brea and anchored by RiteAid, Borders and Buca di Bepo; Westchester Shopping Center, a 157,000-square-foot shopping center located on S. Sepulveda Boulevard in Los Angeles and anchored by Mervyn’s, Trader Joe’s and Hometown Buffet; and Canyon Country Plaza, a 52,000-square-foot shopping center located on Sierra Highway in Canyon Country and anchored by Boot Barn.
