FuoriSalone 2006, the lively frame for the Salone Internazionale del Mobile furniture show, once again offers a packed calendar of events, exhibitions and routes through the streets of Milan between the Tortona district and Porta Genova.

The event includes five busy days dedicated entirely to design and decoration in all its myriad forms, to get to know the latest trends inside and outside the Salone del Mobile furniture show, and to touch and discover the materials that make architecture and objects come to life - sure to attract a cult following as an essential date for interior decorators.

The materials to discover and get to know include Victoria and Excelsior, ideally situated in a corner of the Aria e Acqua (Air and Water) section of the fair, according to their creators, architects Ludovica + Roberto Palomba.
"Aria and Acqua is the ideal space where to reminisce in solitude or recount in company about the past, present and future. Through the materials of the MA.DE collection we want to interpret and pshych up our "id", to start anew.Aria e acqua is the architectural vision of a space that we, today, call "wellness": a small-scale home adaptation and a large-scale contract version. The two settings single out two different spaces: the first is aria, created with Excelsior in black colour, to denote endless space with screens that project images linked to the world of "zero gravity", hence a space that links us to the outside world. The second is acqua, created with Victoria in white colour, dedicated to our "inner id"."
