REP Commercial Negotiates 2,194 SF Lease for New Scrapbooking & Stationery Store at Palisades Plaza in San Clemente, CA

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company negotiated a lease at the Palisades Plaza in San Clemente, Calif. for a new custom scrapbooking and stationery store.

Teresa Rhoads of San Clemente signed a five-year lease for 2,194 square feet to open Remember Me in April 2006 at Palisades Plaza at located at 372-374 Camino De Estrella in San Clemente. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. Evelyn Nash and John Moss, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, are the exclusive landlord representatives for Palisades Plaza and represented the landlord, KERAV, LLC of San Diego, and the tenant in the lease transaction. This is the tenant’s first location.
