The Scienscope View X-1000 is a very reasonably priced full featured x-ray inspection system. The View X-1000 is a very high performance x-ray system with many features you would expect to find on a much more expensive system. The price to performance ratio is unmatched in the industry and Scienscope backs the system with a twelve month (12) warranty, on site set-up and one day of training at no additional cost.

Standard features of the View X-1000 X-Ray Inspection System include; A 4/2 dual field image intensifier, 80 kV- 5 micron x-ray tube, Z axis movement of the x-ray tube and image detector , joystick controlled- variable speed X-Y stage with a 75 degree sample rotation fixture and full featured image processing CPU with 17” LCD flat panel monitor.

Typical applications include; BGA, CSP and flip chip inspection, semiconductor package and wire sweep inspection and solder joint integrity of surface mount and encapsulated components.
