How does a company reach the top one percent of eBay sellers? By focusing on impeccable customer service, sales, revenue and a solid reputation.

StopnDrop Auctions, a St. Louis based eBay drop-off store, was recently named as a Top 100 Seller by eBay. StopnDrop's unique approach and customer service rating of 99.5 percent enabled the company to attain this honor, according to Darren Eilers, cofounder and CEO at StopnDrop.

"Customer service is our top priority," Eilers said. "We are very candid with our customers on how much they can expect to get for their items on eBay. We even suggest alternative sales channels if eBay is not the right fit."

As a top seller, eBay invited the Saint Louis eBay store to attend a special forum in San Jose, CA from January 17-19. Not only did StopnDrop's cofounders meet with top eBay executives, but they also had the opportunity to network with other top sellers.

eBay's Top 100 Sellers must fulfill at least three criteria: be among the top one percent of sellers in revenue, be highly recommended by eBay staff, and satisfy a strict quality and customer service screening process.

"The bar is set very high for eBay's Top 100 Sellers," Eilers said. "Our honesty with customers, combined with our strong business model and high reputation, has enabled StopnDrop to achieve this honor."

Founded in 2004 by Darren Eilers, Mindy Eilers and James Brugner, StopnDrop Auctions is the first full-service eBay drop-off store in St. Louis recognized by eBay through their Trading Post program. The company assists individuals, non-profit organizations and businesses who want to sell their outdated technology and excess inventory on eBay, but lack the time, expertise or equipment to manage the auction themselves. The company handles the entire process and sends clients their checks when everything is complete. For more information you may visit the company's web site at www.stopndrop.com
