Pretzels Inc. has chosen Point ONE Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Broker Gary Seidel as the listing agent for the sale of their building 1124 Harvey Street, in Beloit. The building, known to many in Beloit as the Adams Corn Curl factory, is 67,800 square feet, and is a food grade factory. Pretzels Inc. consolidated their operations, and closed the Beloit facility in late 2005.
