REP Commercial Represents Tenant for 5,367 Sq. Ft. at Koll Center in Newport Beach

IRVINE, CA – REP Commercial, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Real Estate Partners, Inc., announced today the company represented the tenant in a lease transaction at the Koll Center in Newport Beach, CA.

Barry, Gardner & Kincannon, a law firm, signed a three-year lease for 5,367 square feet at the Koll Center located at 5000 Birch Street in Newport Beach. The value of the lease could not be disclosed.

Bo Jones and Dawson Davenport, based in REP Commercial’s Irvine office, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. John Weiner of CB Richard Ellis in Irvine represented the landlord, Cornerstone Partners IV, LLC of Newport Beach. The tenant is expected to occupy the space at the beginning of June 2006.
