Lodge your complaints at DebtCC complaint center

Debt Consolidation Care has always tried to implement the suggestion of the community members which is posted on the forum. It being a community of more than 32,000 members, it’s not always possible to implement the proposals given by the members.

But based on request from community members Debt Consolidation Care has launched a Complaint Center.

Debt Consolidation Care already has a forum segment on Dealing with Collection Agencies. This is the place where members discuss how to tackle debt collectors and avoid being scammed. Now members suggested having a section where people can post their comment on different collection agencies. It will help other members and future visitors as well, to decide if an agency is worth dealing with or not.

“The Complain Center is the first step for us to work together and expose the companies and collectors who are victimizing people” says the site admin while launching this section. Complaint Center has mainly two parts -

2. Browse Complaints

Members and guest visitors can submit their feedback on different collection agencies. People can have some idea on how to deal with them. Needless to say that members are quite happy with this new addition to the site and they are on their way to find out America's 10 Worst Collection Agencies.
