14 suites at the soon-to-open Bowman Block in Vancouver’s Crosstown neighbourhood will be released on May 18. New homeowners will be able to move in to the ultra modern lofts this September, in time to enjoy the roof top deck and its city views over Crosstown, downtown, Gastown, Chinatown, as well as the Beaux-Arts Sun Tower building with its copper dome next doors.

Bowman Block residents will reside on Beatty Street, fast becoming home to the city’s most chic urban residences. They will also live around the corner from the trendy Woodwards project, which sold out recently in just one day.

The Bowman Block celebrates its 100th birthday in 2006. Its 38 suites are designed by Alda Pereira, with modern interior design juxtaposed against the hundred year old red brick walls, polished fir floors and timber beams of the century-old Bowman Block.

Prices for the 14 suites start at $375,000 for one level suites ranging from 674-745 sq ft, and $645,000 for two level suites ranging from 1,147-1,285 square feet. Occupancy is September 2006.
