Coreland Companies Negotiates 6 Leases at One Pacific Plaza Office Center in Huntington Beach - Leases valued at nearly $2.5 million

TUSTIN, CA - Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its leasing / sales division has negotiated six leases at One Pacific Plaza, a 400,000-square-foot office located in Huntington Beach, Calif.

As the exclusive leasing agent for One Pacific Plaza, Steven Hogberg and Matt Hammond of Coreland Companies negotiated the following leases on behalf of the owner, Mullrock 1 – Beach Pointe, LLC.

- Z(O)asis Corporation signed a 5-year lease for 5,851 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $710,000. The tenant was represented by Randy Mason of Lee & Associates in Irvine.

- Civic Partners signed a 5-year lease for 5,549 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $675,000. The tenant was represented by Matt Didier of Grubb & Ellis in Anaheim.

- Provident Bank signed a 3-year lease for 2,495 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $180,000. Tenant was represented by Kim Shublak of Comprop Brokers in Huntington Beach.

- Living Water Lending signed a 64-month lease for 3,765 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $465,000. American United Life Insurance Company signed a 3-year lease for 1,785 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $135,000.

- Hotel Design Center signed a 3-year lease for 1,206 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $84,500. Hogberg and Hammond of Coreland Companies also represented tenants American United Life Insurance Company, Hotel Design Center, and Living Water Lending.

One Pacific Plaza is located at 7755 and 7777 Center Avenue in Huntington Beach, adjacent to the new one million-square-foot Bella Terra Retail Center that is under construction. "There are two full contiguous floors of One Pacific Plaza totaling 34,000 square feet that will be available for lease in March 2005," says Coreland's Leasing / Sales Division Vice President Steven Hogberg.

"West Orange County office properties continue to be an increasingly favored location for firms who realize excellent value for their lease dollars along with more favorable commuting to and from Los Angeles.
