SMITH & JONES HONORED WITH 2006 ASTER AWARD

The Aster Awards, hosted by Marketing Healthcare Today and Creative Images, Inc., has honored SMITH & JONES as a Gold Award Winner for the 2006 competition. The award was given to the Troy, NY based marketing communications firm for a newspaper advertising campaign supporting The Northeast Back Institute.

With nearly 2,500 entries, participants in the Aster Awards compete against similarly-sized organizations from across the country. Judging criteria include Creativity, Typography, Production Quality, Knowledge Transfer and Overall Excellence.

“SMITH & JONES exhibited outstanding excellence in healthcare marketing, scoring in the top 5% of the judging process,” said Randy Lucas, corporate director for the Aster Awards. “It was an honor to have SMITH & JONES participate in this year’s competition and producing such world-class marketing materials.”
