June 02, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
The Company is pleased to announce revenue of $3,436,697, our third consecutive quarter of double-digit growth, and an increase of over $468,000 from the previous quarter and a $3,153,872 increase as compared to first quarter of 2005. Net loss for the period decreased slightly to $331,842 and includes non-cash items totaling $245,055.

The quarter over quarter increase in revenue continues to be a direct result of the Company’s purchase of VoIP service provider Eurotel, Inc. in 2005 and the corresponding launch of Verb VoIP Carrier Services.

“Through operating efficiencies that we have created over the past twelve months, the Company has been able to continue to grow revenues without the need for substantially increased operating expenses,” stated CEO, Craig Goldenberger. “With an annual run rate now in excess of $15,000,000 we continue to garner more attention and demand for our products and services and expect to report continued revenue growth from a more diverse geographic area.”
