Press Credentials Request Form For Univision Network's "Premio Lo Nuestro" Now Available On www.Univision.com

MIAMI, FL — Members of the press may now request credentials for this year's Premio Lo Nuestro A La Música Latina(R) (Lo Nuestro Latin Music Awards) through http://www.univision.com. The online request form will be available from today until February 13, 2004. Without exception, all requests for credentials must be made through the Univision website.

By typing the key word "Premio" in the "Uniclave" space at the top of the Univision.com home page, you will enter the Premio Lo Nuestro page. In the "Press" section, click on "Credentialing" and fill out the form.

Please be advised that:

1. Each press member must request his/her credential individually and provide all required information. Press credentials are not transferable. Each company may send a maximum of 2 representatives.

2. The online application for press credentials must be presented by Friday, February 13, 2004.

3. No credentials will be processed after said date.
