Small Town Actors and Models Make It Big With Explore Talent

Hollywood (June 11, 2006) – Not all of America’s talent lives in a major city like L.A. or New York.

There are some people who would love to act in an independent film or model in a hair show but just don’t know the when, where, and what for them to do anything about it. Enter Explore Talent www.exploretalent.com with over 1700 casting directors and a plethora of talent managers browsing the site looking to fill roles for these films and line up girls for hair shows across the country.

When the agency or casting director finds a match, the talent is notified via email and an audition is set up for the actor or model to come down and try to win the job.

Members of the site pay a modest fee to put up their profile, headshots, resume, and whatever else they think is relevant to securing a gig in their chosen field. For what amounts to less than a cup of coffee a day, the members are alerted to casting notices, auditions, shows, and everything else in their area which pertains to the profession they want to break into.

Without this kind of help, talent in smaller cities are left to search the Internet by themselves to find the auditions they’re looking for. This can take a lot of time and most of the coveted jobs aren’t available to the general public anyway.

Says Stephanie Webster and her mother, “We signed up with Explore Talent on Oct 14th, two weeks ago. The very next day we were offered a job with the ISO/JOICO hair show !! Since then we've already been matched with another job (this one for several weekends), and have made it to the final selection for two Advertising spots in the San Antonio area.”
