Coreland Companies Negotiates Lease for Robeks at Jamboree Promenade in Irvine, CA; Tenant to Open in August 2006

TUSTIN, CA – Coreland Companies of Tustin, Calif., one of the largest real estate service companies based in California, announced that its leasing / sales division has negotiated a lease at Jamboree Promenade in Irvine, Calif., a 58,600-square-foot specialty retail and office complex exclusively leased and managed by Coreland Companies.

Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats franchisee Janine Gogerty signed a 10-year lease for 952 square feet for a total consideration of approximately $498,086 at Jamboree Promenade. Michael Mauge of Cypress Retail Group in Culver City represented Robeks franchisee. Coreland Companies’ Matt Hammond represented the landlord, NNN Jamboree of Santa Ana, in the lease transaction. The tenant is expected to open in August 2006 at 2646 Dupont Drive, Suite C-10.

Located at the southwest corner of Dupont Drive and Jamboree Road, Jamboree Promenade’s retail portion includes restaurants Daily Grill, Melting Pot and Subway.

"Currently, there are two retail spaces available at Jamboree Promenade – 1,462 and 600 square feet – which is rare in this dynamic trade area that has zero vacancy,” says Coreland’s Leasing / Sales Division Vice President Steven Hogberg.
