Oh Baby! Fitness Offers Pregnancy and Postnatal Group Cycling Class

Oh Baby! Fitness will begin offering a Group Cycling class for pregnant women and new mothers starting July 10th. Group Cycling is one of the best exercises for new moms and moms-to-be. It's a great cardio workout with no impact on the body or joints. If you loved cycling before you were pregnant, you'll enjoy this class specially designed for the pregnant woman. If you've just had a baby and want to lose your pregnancy weight quickly, this is the class for you too. Note: If you're pregnant you must have prior experience to participate in group cycling. If you're postpartum, you do NOT have to have prior experience to join this class. Class will be held at the Ladies Workout Express in the Toco Hills Shopping Center on Mondays at 8:45 a.m. Childcare is available at this location for $5 per child per hour.

Other prenatal classes include: Pregnancy Water Aerobics, Pregnancy Yoga, Prental Toning, Birth Ball Fitness and a Prenatal Toning, Fitness & Yoga Combo. Postnatal classes include: H2Oh Baby (water aerobics), Mom & Baby Yoga, Mom & Baby Fitness, Mom & Baby Pilates and Stroller Workout.

Oh Baby! Fitness offers classes throughout Atlanta, including Decatur, Buckhead, Lawrenceville, Alpharetta, Chamblee, Canton, Woodstock and Lithonia.
