Megaglobe CEO: Rewarding Webmasters a Priority

Innovative new country -specific search engine Megaglobe is set to recognise the important role webmasters play in the search engine environment by ensuring their proper reward from its sponsor listings.

"Megaglobe supports the webmaster's cause. We believe they play an important role in the search engine world," said Megaglobe CEO Naima Moore.

"Search engines wouldn't be where they are if it wasn't for the webmasters, they are the reason for their success," said Naima.

As well as making the adequate compensation of webmasters a priority, the search engine has also sponsored a range of forums in a bid to provide a platform for webmasters to voice their concerns. From these forums, the search engine company has discovered that webmasters believe they are not recognised for their support of current search engines.

"They have the feeling that they are being used and not recognized for the work that they do," said Naima. "They find the customers by advertising, generate the funds and out of a keyword that is being charged up to $US100 a single click, the webmaster is getting a few cents!"

"I believe it's time for them to be recognised and this is exactly what Megaglobe wants to do," said the Megaglobe CEO.

Naima has said that Megaglobe will share revenue generated from advertising keywords with webmasters more equitably thereby recognising the importance search engines place on their partnership with webmasters.

The search engine has also shown its support to achievers in other diverse areas by donating money to the rehabilitation of well-known BMX video cameraman Rich Montalvo who has recently been hospitalised with a serious injury.

Megaglobe will be launched in August.
