CENTURY 21 REAL ESTATE LLC STAFF LIVE UP TO "AGENTS OF CHANGE SM " CREDO WITH SWEAT EQUITY DAY AT CAMP MERRY HEART

PARSIPPANY, N.J., MAY 22, 2006 - For the fifth consecutive year, Century 21 Real Estate LLC corporate staff members will exchange one day of normal business duties for a day of sweat equity at Camp Merry Heart - Easter Seals New Jersey's summer camp facility for children and adults with disabilities.

Dozens of Century 21 Real Estate LLC employees will set out for Hackettstown, N.J., on Thursday, May 25, to help prepare the cabin and camp grounds for the summer with a thorough spring cleaning, the installation of new outdoor amenities, a few small repairs and several general landscaping/beautification projects.

"The CENTURY 21® staff has truly been a blessing for Camp Merry Heart over the past four years and we are privileged to have the team back again this year," said Brian Fitzgerald, president and CEO, Easter Seals New Jersey. "The efforts of these dedicated men and women help to ensure that our campers will have a comfortable and memorable experience, both this summer and throughout the year."

The group adopted the cabin in 2002 and each year since volunteers a day to complete needed maintenance and improvements in preparation for the summer camping season.

The CENTURY 21 System unveiled its "Agents of Change" national advertising campaign in March. The campaign focuses on the CENTURY 21 System's worldwide network of more than 143,000 real estate professionals and their roles as "Agents of Change" in the lives of the homebuyers and sellers they service each day.
