Midlands No.1 Production Company

iceni Productions is now the top corporate communications company in the Midlands according to a survey by industry magazine Televisual.

Award winning work for First Group, Welcome Break, Kleeneze and the Learning and Skills Council, has put the Midlands based communications company at number 1 in the region and number 34 in the UK.

Companies in the corporate communications list, compiled by Televisual, are awarded scores for the number of video commissions; hours of content delivered; turnover for corporate work; and reputation among their peers.

iceni delivered more hours of business television and corporate video work in 2005/06 than in any other year in its history, with commissions up by over a third on the same period last year.

‘It is an exciting time for business communications,’ said Andi Jepson, Director at iceni. ‘Our position as the number one corporate communications company in the region is the result of the rapid growth of our multimedia design department, coupled with our continued production of high quality, high profile video projects for clients across the UK. Commissioners want creative, effective programmes delivered to an audience in the most appropriate way - through the web, interactive disc, ipod and even on a 3G phone.’

‘iceni has leapt ahead of the crowd by recognising that visual communications doesn’t just mean video anymore. We’re video professionals with a portfolio of great programmes produced for some major brands, and we’re also an award winning new media team.’

Cathy Bentley, Managing Director of iceni adds, ‘We deliver corporate communications across a range of media with the same high standards and production values as London agencies, and our inclusion in the Televisual list is testament to that. Because most of the briefing and approval of our work is done online, and the filming is done across the world, success is down to the quality and effectiveness of the work, not where a company is based. Big business is looking outside the M25 for creative communications.’

iceni is currently working on video, interactive DVD and web based projects for Everest, the LSC, First Group, Siemens, Kuppersbusch and Teka.
