Participants will be picked up by a Collier County Sheriff’s Deputy. Upon arrival, jailbirds will pose for a mug shot and began raising bail on mobile phones donated by Metro PCS. Once they are released, Elite Limousines will escort jailbirds back to their respective businesses.
