Stephen D. Kirkland, CPA Attends Expert Witness Conference

Moore Kirkland & Beauston L.L.P., a regional accounting and consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Stephen D. Kirkland, CPA participated in the Fifteenth Anniversary National Expert Witness Conference on June 22 and 23, 2006 in Hyannis, Massachusetts.

Stephen participated in seminars which covered document analysis, report preparation, depositions, and courtroom testimonies. The conference also included trial demonstrations by nationally recognized attorneys, experts, judges, and educators.

Stephen serves as an expert witness in U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Bankruptcy Court to help determine whether executive compensation amounts are reasonable.
