Steven J Felderman Named President of Arthur Pearlman Corporation

SANTA MONICA, CA – Arthur L. Pearlman announced today that Steven J Felderman has been named as President of the Arthur Pearlman Corporation. In his new position, Felderman will be responsible for the continued growth of the company, which is focused towards the development of shopping centers throughout California. Arthur Pearlman Corporation, a recognized leader in the development of quality shopping centers throughout California, is currently in various stages of planning and development of approximately 2,000,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use centers.

"With Steve's assistance and direction, I expect the next five years of our company's growth to continue on an expedited path with our development of mixed-use, life style and community focuses, exciting shopping centers that function within both the public and private sectors of the urban and suburban areas throughout California," says firm’s CEO Arthur Pearlman.

Since 1998, Felderman previously held the position of Vice President of Development at the Arthur Pearlman Corporation and was responsible for the development and construction of the company’s many retail projects in California including Bonaventure Center in Pomona, Porter Ranch Town Center in Porter Ranch, Sport Chalet Village in La Canada and is now completing the development of the HUB, Lakeshore and Costco projects in San Bernardino. The company recently broke ground on Village Walk, a 30-acre, 320,000-square-foot promotional center in Murrieta, which is slated to open in March 2006, and is now developing three new projects in Riverside County

Prior to joining the Arthur Pearlman Corporation, Felderman was Project Manager for Haagen Property Management, Inc. His project responsibilities included the development of preliminary budgets, schedules and proforma evaluations for project feasibility studies including the management of projects from entitlement through tenant move-in. While at the Haagen company, he was responsible for the rehabilitation and development of the 30-screen AMC Theater complex at Covina Town Square, (Covina, CA); project management of the Fullerton Town Center (Fullerton, CA), including the expansion of various tenants; project management for various tenants within the Media City Center Mall (Burbank, CA); and project manager for the development of the 12-screen Magic Johnson Theater complex, including parking structures and pedestrian bridges at the Baldwin Hills Crenshaw Plaza Mall (Baldwin Hills, CA).

Previously, Felderman served as Project Manager for Tyrell Management, Inc., a company that provided comprehensive construction and project management services to the retail, residential and commercial. At Tyrell, Felderman’s responsibilities ranged from 10 to 75-acre shopping centers, law and medical building tenant improvements and large, single family development projects.

Felderman began his professional career with the McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company as a buyer of avionics and electronic equipment. He graduated from University of California at Los Angeles in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
