The full marketing campaign is still to be finalised but is likely to include press and poster ads, with direct mail and z-cards to be distributed to clubs, schools and the England Rugby Supporters Club. Johnson will lead a team against a side captained by New Zealand winger Jonah Lomu. Lomu had a kidney transplant in July 2004 and the testimonial will be his first full match for three years.
