Toronto, Ontario Canada / February 4 2005 —
The Canadian Personal Chef Alliance ( www.cpcalliance.com ) headquartered in Toronto will host their first Personal Chef Conference and Culinary competition this coming May.

The Conference will see Personal Chefs from all over Canada converge at Toronto’s Liaison College as the host venue in the heart of the city, to gather information and network with fellow Personal Chefs.

We are honoured to have representatives of companies such as Chef Revival, Campbell’s, Wiley’s, Rubbermaid and Toppits Foods to speak to Personal Chefs about new products and ideas as well as informational seminars on subjects including marketing, knife skills and new accounting packages from Simply Accounting.

The Culinary Competition features invited judges:
Chef Shawn Whalen, the Captain of Culinary Team Canada,
Candy Wallace, the President of the American Personal Chef Association
Chef Mick Elliott, Owner of Liaison College Downtown Toronto

These 3 distinguished chefs will preside over the first ever Personal Chef Competition which closes out the Conference.

Promising to be a very informative weekend, the event kicks off with a reception at the Liaison Campus on Friday May 13th 2005.

The conference is open to all personal chefs. Seats are limited, so act fast.
