Upside Investments Sells 58-Unit Apartment Complex in Reseda for $8.35 Million

Calabasas, CA – Upside Investments, Inc., a proven real estate organization that specializes in adding value through creative repositioning of properties and hands-on management, sold Valerio at Reseda, a 58-unit apartment complex that the company had finished building in December, 2004. The sale price was $8.35 million.

Located at 18445 W. Valerio Drive in Reseda, Calif., the property consists of a three-story, 58-unit apartment complex built over a two-story subterranean garage. The apartment units consist of singles with one bath, one bedroom with one bath, and two bedrooms with two baths.

“We are extremely pleased to complete the full investment cycle – from design and build and lease-up to sale in 18 months while netting a sizable return on invested equity. We will continue to take advantage of well-timed development and added value acquisition opportunities in growth markets,” said Sean Baker, president of Upside Investments.
