MATT & SHERRY MCPHERSON'S SLOW DOWN RELEASE MOVES TO JANUARY

Nashville, TN - Autumn Records has announced that the release of Slow Down, the new CD by recording artists Matt and Sherry McPherson, has been moved to January 2007. Slow Down offers an eclectic musical variety, with a focus on living out our faith in our everyday lives. Themes include spending intimate time with God and celebrating His goodness, loving and praying for our families and witnessing to others. The project, which reinforces the duo's reputation as talented musicians and messengers of the Gospel, was originally scheduled to release September 19, 2006. The debut radio single "Carry Me" will go for adds on INSPO, AC and Praise & Worship stations nationwide on August 18, 2006.

Although the album doesn't release until January, the music is already receiving an enthusiastic response. One song on the CD, "The Salvation Poem," has already won widespread acclaim, and the couple has been receiving requests from other artists to record the lyrical prayer on their own upcoming albums. Noted evangelist Franklin Graham was so impressed by the beautiful simplicity of the song's lyrics that he is now distributing pens imprinted with the poem as an outreach tool at his evangelistic events. Other respected organizations are also in talks to reproduce the poem on a wide variety of products to impact people with the salvation message.

As the innovative designer of the-state-of-the-art McPherson Guitars, Matt McPherson's name has become synonymous with quality, integrity and inspiring music.
