Transfusion M Brings Life to Vans Warped Tour

There’s new blood on the music scene, and they’re coming to your town this summer on the Vans Warped Tour. Glam-rockers Transfusion M are splattering their sound across the country, leaving rock fans clamoring for more.

Transfusion M is Michael Ferentino, Kristjan Karu, Todd Giblin, and Amy Noble. Noble is a familiar face to Kevin Smith fans. She played a small role as baby Bob's mother in Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back. The connection continues: Ferentino produced the majority of the music for Smith’s production A Better Place.

Heading up a full-out glam rock revival as part of one of the best festivals around isn’t always easy, but it is rewarding. “Despite all the trials and tribulations of a grueling festival tour, including over 100 degree weather, intense rain and lightning storms, 3/4 mile equipment hikes, and even a potential fatality, we have grown stronger as a band and learned a great deal,” says Ferentino.

Freddie Fabbri, tour manager for Breaking Benjamin, raves about the band’s strength as entertainers. “Seeing Transfusion M is like taking a psycho-glam carnival ride,” he enthuses. “Their song ’Murder, Sex, Medication is a lasso that catches, bounds and gags an audience’s attention to the point they’re numb with disbelief, and their version of T-Rex’s ‘The Slider/Rabbit Fighter’ could only be played better by Marc Bolan himself!”

Transfusion M’s debut album Suck Century was recorded at The Barber Shop Studios in Hopatcong, New Jersey, with producers Jason Corsaro (Peter Gabriel, Madonna, Clutch, Steve Winwood, Duran Duran) and Tony Fortuna heading the project.

Transfusion M is the first signing to fledgling label Dream Makers Music. Dream Makers defines a new paradigm for the recording industry, priding themselves by being an artist-oriented label. Through their website, dreammakersmp3.com, all artists are offered an opportunity to be heard by listeners from around the world.
