Neely Named Security Director for State and National Pageants

Greenville, SC - - July 21, 2006 - - AIS Corporation recently announced that Rodney Neely, security and protection specialist with AIS, has been selected to coordinate and lead all security aspects of the Miss South Carolina and Miss America's Outstanding Teen Pageants. Neely is the first African-American in the history of the Miss America Organization to be named to this position. He brings more than 15 years of pageant-specific experience to this role for the 2006 pageants.

Neely will be responsible for developing, executing and managing the overall security master plans for both pageants. This will involve protection and safety for all pageant contestants to maintain the integrity for each event. Neely will mobilize a team of specialists to ensure personal protection of contestants, security for the perimeters of each pageant venue, transportation safety for contestants and pageant personnel, and housing security for contestants throughout the competitions. Neely will serve as liaison with state and Federal law enforcement personnel assigned to the pageants to form a cohesive protection team for each event.
