PhotographyCorner.com Announces the August 2006 Photograph of the Month

Photography Corner ( www.PhotographyCorner.com ) has announced that Dan Braam (username: DDAY) is the winner of the August, 2006 Photograph of the Month contest. The winning photo was chosen by site members from a total of 12 nominated photographs with almost 27% of the votes.

Dan won the latest photograph of the month contest with a photo titled Summer Reflections. The winning photo depicted an old row-boat on calm waters reflecting blue skies and pink clouds. This was the second Photograph of the Month award received by Dan. For winning the PhotographyCorner.com August 2006 Photograph of the Month, Dan was awarded $150(US) and some PhotographyCorner.com promotional items.

Photograph of the Month contests at www.PhotographyCorner.com are held in the community’s forum, where site members are able to post their photos for consideration. Each month, photographs are nominated by community leaders and are voted on by the Photography Corner community. PhotographyCorner.com began holding Photograph of the Month contests in April 2004.
