Mini-Tools Adds Designer Support, VB Code to its .NET Components

CINCINNATI, Ohio —- Mini-Tools™ upgrades its .NET components to include Visual Studio™ Designer support and Visual Basic source code. Mini-Comm v2.0 provides inter-process communications. Mini-Input v2.0 monitors & sends keyboard & mouse input and includes a customizable macro language.

"Nearly half our customers use VB, so naturally they wanted the original source code in VB," said Timm Martin, Mini-Tools President and CTO. "Whether you use C# or VB, and .NET 2.0 or 1.1, Mini-Tools has you covered." Martin adds that “Designer support enables our customers to add Mini-Tools components to their applications with just a few mouse clicks.”

All Mini-Tools components include a sample application to evaluate the component with no programming required, C# and VB.NET sample code to get started quickly, and a detailed help file and API reference guide. Mini-Tools components may be distributed royalty-free with customers' applications.

Product Availability and Pricing

All Mini-Tools .NET components are free for non-commercial use. Most components are $49 for one Developer License, and $99 for the Blueprint License which includes the original C# and VB.NET source code.
