ERA COMMUNITY REALTY TO HOST 1ST ANNUAL COMMUNITY TO COMMUNITY WALK-A-THON/MARATHON TO BENEFIT MDA

Participants will depart from Killearn at approximately 8 a.m. and will walk, run or bike the 26-mile distance to the ERA office in Crawfordville. There will be five pit stops along the route, with an estimated distance of 5.5 miles between each stop, and each individual can complete the whole route or any portion based upon their physical ability.

The event will conclude with a party/celebration at the Crawfordville office beginning at approximately 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. There will be food, drinks, live music and more to celebrate the conclusion of a successful event. Several MDA families will also be present to congratulate the participants.

Free services for those diagnosed with one of the neuromuscular diseases include physical, occupational and respiratory therapy, genetic counseling and testing, social services consultation and year-round patient care.
