Grace Hill, Inc. announces the debut of “Curb Appeal”, the newest computer-based course offered within Grace Hill’s Apartment Management Learning Center at http://www.gracehill.com. Written with contributions from Virginia Love of ING Clarion, “Curb Appeal” topics include inspecting and enhancing the community’s exterior appearance including landscaping, lighting, and signage; presenting a Leasing Center that appeals to your prospects’ five senses; making your models and mini-models appeal to your target renter; and the role that every team member plays in maintaining outstanding community curb appeal. The course also includes brand new, game-like exercises that enhance the learners’ experience and retention of information. “Curb Appeal” is highly interactive and engaging with full voice-over narration, pre-and post-testing, and complete student tracking. A high-speed Internet connection is required.

Joseph P. Bailey III, Grace Hill’s President and founder, said, “Prospective residents judge an apartment community before they ever turn their car into the driveway. Without scrupulous attention to detail, a community can lose leases and never even know it. ‘Curb Appeal’ offers easy to implement, affordable, realistic suggestions for making your community appearance your best marketing source. We recommend it for maintenance and management personnel alike, as maximizing curb appeal is everyone’s job.”

“Curb Appeal” is available for $79 per student or included in Grace Hill’s Unlimited Training Subscription at no extra charge. Additional details and a free course preview are available online at http://www.gracehill.com. Other titles available within Grace Hill’s Apartment Management Learning Center are “Fair Housing” (English and Spanish versions), “Fair Housing II”, "Leasing For A Living", “Conflict Resolution”, “Customer Service As A Competitive Advantage” (English and Spanish versions), “Help Wanted! How To Hire, Keep & Inspire Quality Team Members” (authored by Deb Bronson), “Internet Leasing”, “Resident Retention for Today’s Savvy Customers” (co-authored by Mindy Williams), “Preventing Sexual Harassment” (English, Spanish, and Supervisors versions), “Mold Awareness”, and “Risk Management I: Associate Safety & Emergency Awareness” (authored by Alpha Risk Services), and “Traffic Generation”.
