REP Commercial Represents Landlord & Tenant in Lease Transaction for Thierry’s Fashions at Orange Carson Plaza in Long Beach

Thierry’s Fashions of Long Beach, a new women’s apparel store, signed a one-year lease for 738 square feet at the Orange Carson Plaza shopping center located at the corner of Orange and Carson in Long Beach. The value of the lease could not be disclosed. The tenant opens in September at 4102 Orange Avenue, Suite 124. David Morgan of REP Commercial in Irvine represented the landlord, Gelb Enterprises of Encino. REP Commercial is the exclusive leasing agent for Orange Carson Plaza shopping center, a 36,700-square-foot neighborhood center.
