FindSavings.com Uses RSS Coupon Feeds to Boost Fourth Quarter Sales.

FindSavings.com (http://www.findsavings.com) recently unveiled its new coupon site design which incorporates some great new features including RSS Coupon Feeds.

Using RSS/xml FindSavings.com is able to provide consumers with the ability to load their favorite coupons types or store coupons into their own RSS readers or sites like My Yahoo, My MSN, News Gator or others. A shopper who is only interested in new Dell Coupons and just get the RSS feed for that one store and then they are constantly in touch with the latest coupons offered for Dell or any other merchant they desire to keep tabs on. This same technology allows online shoppers to get feeds for all types of sections of the coupon site like coupons by category or coupons by type (whether it is money off or free shipping).

“We want to add a lot of value to our visitors and using RSS technology is a great way to do that.” says Richard Booth Owner and founder of FindSavings.com. “Shoppers are flooded with information all the time and if we can help to give the shopper a tool that allows them to limit the information they get and in a way that is productive for them then we will do it.”

Currently the Coupon RSS Feeds are doing well and shoppers seem to be responding well to the new technology on FindSavings.com. With the abundance of RSS readers on the internet and the newer browsers such as FireFox and IE7 having internal RSS readers built right into them it makes it a no brainer that coupon sites will migrate to this technology faster every month. Luckily FindSavings.com is providing this option now for coupon shoppers.

Richard believes this is an ongoing process of finding new and better ways to aggregate coupons for shoppers and help them make informed money saving purchases online. “This is a small step in the right direction but there are many more steps ahead of us and we are looking forward to making them one day at a time.”
