Dr Jim Mountjoy appointed chairman of Campbell Informatics

Highly respected in Irish and international software circles, and board member of Science Foundation Ireland, Dr. Mountjoy brings a wealth of experience to the company, which specializes in the delivery of systems modeling and engineering data management products and services to the regulated life science manufacturing sector.
Dr. Jim Mountjoy is a well known and respected figure in the international software industry. Best known for founding Irish software firm Euristix, Dr. Mountjoy was also a co-founder of Baltimore Technologies. As an innovative supplier of advanced network element management solutions, Euristix, under Dr. Mountjoy's leadership, became a market leader with a customer list including such blue chip companies as Cisco, Tellabs, Motorola, Alcatel, IBM and HP. Euristix was sold to Fore Systems in February 1999. Dr. Mountjoy now brings his experience to a number of high-tech companies in a non-executive capacity.
