RALEIGH, NC – The North Carolina Association of Nurse Anesthetists has announced the organization’s 2006-2007 Board of Directors. Board positions will take effect after the NCANA annual meeting on Sept. 22-24, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Board members are responsible for communicating and advancing the objectives of the NCANA, which include promoting the interests of its members, complying with goals of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists and facilitating the cooperation between nurse anesthetists and the medical profession, hospitals and other agencies interested in anesthesia.
