New Horizons Albany - Tech Valley was named the New Horizons North American Medium Market Center of the Year 2006. This prestigious recognition sets the center apart from other training providers in North America.

The award is based on center training quality, customer satisfaction & training volume. New Horizons Albany - Tech Valley has seen significant improvements in all three areas this past year and is the only Microsoft Gold Partner in the Capital District of New York.

"It was a great honor to be recognized this way," said Wil Harris, General Manager of the Albany center. "We work hard all year long and strive to be our best so it is very gratifying to be lauded for our efforts and put forth as an example. Our goal now is a repeat performance, something we see as very doable."

The center has undergone many changes & has seen a lot of progress since a change of franchise 2 1/2 years ago. New computers, furniture, carpeting and paint have renewed the center's appearance and clients' faith in New Horizons' ability to deliver top notch IT training in a professional facility. Customer satisfaction and service have also seen large improvements as the right people have been put in place to ensure customers are receiving the kind of treatment, service and results they deserve.

Owner Tom Pongpat commented, “This award is the reflection for each of our team member. From our director of first impression to our instructors, everyone works hard to ensure that the students received the best overall experience possible.”
