PokerNews.com and Party Poker Announce Two $12,000 Aussie Millions Freerolls

PokerNews.com and Party Poker are set to host two $12,000 Team PokerNews Aussie Millions freerolls. These freerolls will be held on October 29 15:00 EST and December 17 15:00 EST. The winner from each freeroll will receive a Team PokerNews 2007 Aussie Millions package which consists of entry to the 2007 Aussie Millions Main Event (valued at AUD$10,500), 10 nights accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel, and approximately USD$2,800 for travel and expenses. Each winner also get to be a part of the Team PokerNews experience, which includes free Team PokerNews gear, and invites to special team functions.

To be eligible for these freerolls, players must first download Party Poker through the special PokerNews links, and register a new account (or have created a Party Poker account through PokerNews in the past). Players must then fulfil a raked hand requirement. To enter the freeroll on October 29 2006, players must play 400 or more raked hands between September 1 and October 26 00:00 EST. To be able to enter the freeroll on 17 December 2006, players must play 400 raked hands between October 26 00:00 EST and December 13 00:00 EST. Invitations will be sent to all players after the cutoff dates.

Team PokerNews gave away over $250,000 and sent 22 players to this year’s WSOP. Expect TeamPokerNews to be even bigger at the 2007 Aussie Millions in January.
