Sixty years old San Antonio based Beldon Roofing Company, a third-generation, family-owned business, completes large reroofing project for major banking facility.

This summer, the roof on a large banking facility was damaged by a hail storm. Beldon Roofing Company’s Code Blue® Disaster TEAM, using Carlisle Syntec’s 60 mil TPO membrane (http://www.carlisle-syntec.com/), with the assistance of local distributor UBPS, installed a temporary roof. This temporary roof, 90,000 square feet, was installed in less than 18 hours. Once the temporary roof was completed, the bank was able to bring in engineers and architects to design a more hail resistant roof system. Furthermore, this process allowed the facility to maintain their core business of taking care of their banking customers and not rushing to a solution.

The new roof was composed of a layer of polyisocyanurate insulation, a layer of Georgia-Pacific’s DensDeck DuroGuard® (http://www.gp.com/), and three layers of US Ply’s (http://www.usply.com/) DuraWeld™ APP membrane.

The final roof system was completed on time and on budget.

Our TEAM, whether Code Blue®, or not, is committed to helping, promising fair prices, integrity in our approach and the highest standards for quality work.
