San Jose Kings: Professional Team Poker in the Bay Area

Ever wanted to play poker with Phil Gordon, TJ Cloutier or “Unabomber” Phil Laak on national television? Would you like put your chips “all-in” against celebrities like Jennifer Tilly and James Woods? The San Jose Kings professional poker team will be competing in Las Vegas against these players and their respective teams from 35 other cities nationally in the inaugural U.S. Poker Bowl (www.uspokerbowl.com). The winning team will be awarded a prize expected to be up to $1 Million.

The team poker concept is relatively new. Teams are comprised of five players who attempt to eliminate members of opposing teams by earning all their chips playing No Limit Texas Hold’em Poker. The last team with 2 players remaining wins the game.

Tryouts are being held in the San Francisco Bay Area in October and November for the remaining 3 team member openings to complete the five-player team. The San Jose Kings will play in the U.S. Poker Bowl on December 9th-12th at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. You can be a part of it.

Advertising sponsorships are available to a business who would like national television exposure with the San Jose Kings Poker team. The team will be able to wear baseball caps or polo shirts with your business logo while the event is taped for broadcast on a major television & cable network station.
