New Anthology of Holiday Crime Stories to Benefit Toys for Tots!

October 05, 2006 (PRLEAP.COM) Entertainment News
Wolfmont Publishing is proud to announce the release of By the Chimney With Care, a grand and entertaining anthology of crime and mystery stories that benefits the Toys for Tots foundation. The scheduled release date is October 15, 2006.

The authors include both well-known and lesser-known but talented tale-tellers, and all of them created richly-crafted stories of crime, mystery and mayhem set in the winter holiday season of Christmas. You may not think of Christmas as a time for crime, but remember the payments on credit cards when January rolls around!

The authors are Jeffrey Marks, Debra Gray De Noux and O'Neil De Noux, Neil Plakcy, Herschel Cozine, John M. Floyd, Tony Burton and many other talented individuals. All donated their work to support this very worthwhile cause, the Toys for Tots.

Praise for the anthology:

"What would Christmas be without con artists, double crosses and the occasional dead body in a Santa hat? Delightful stories for the mystery reader on your list, full of suspense and belly laughs and all for a worthy cause." — Michele Martinez, author of The Finishing School and Most Wanted.

"Snuggle with milk and cookies, light a fire, keep an ear out for the sleigh and read a series of delightful Christmas crime capers that benefit children in need." — Dr. Cynthia Lea Clark, actress, author and clinical psychopathologist.

The retail price of By the Chimney With Care is $10.95, and it is available from the publisher or through your local bookstore. Distributed through Ingram, Baker & Taylor and Amazon. ISBN 0-9778-4023-9.
