Nashville, TN - Thirteen year-old thinkaboutit records recording artist Robert Pierre has been tapped for national non-profit Christ In Youth's widely-popular Believe Tour. The tour, which includes two-day events in each city, will reach ten markets throughout its October 2006-April 2007 run, kicking off in Nashville, Tenn., on October 13, 2006. Pierre will perform songs from his upcoming debut album, Inside Out, which releases on November 7, 2006, in addition to joining the worship band for corporate worship during the conferences.

"Believe is excited to host new recording artist Robert Pierre for the 2006-2007 tour," says Believe Tour Director Johnny Scott. "Believe is the most intentional age-specific event in the country. Who better to communicate the message of Jesus to junior high students than CCM's newest emerging junior high voice? Robert is authentic and as focused in his message as we are at Believe."

During the Believe Tour, Pierre will share the stage with Youth Specialties President Mark Oestreicher, rock worship band Foundation Red and drama ministry One Time Blind. He will connect with more than 17,000 junior high students and their sponsors during the two-day events, which are packed with high-energy programming specifically geared toward the tween generation. The tour will include small group discussions, one-on-one interaction with the students, Biblical teaching and worship.

Although only 13 years old, Robert Pierre connects to both his peers and their parents with a passionate voice and a message of hope, filling the recent void in the tween market. His album, Inside Out, touches on themes of God's love, walking by faith and the difference one person can make, as well as tackling the timely discussion of evolution vs. the case for a Creator. The CD, produced by Robert White Johnson (Celine Dion, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Van Zant), The Stitts Brothers (Chris Tomlin, Al Green) and Dove Award-winning singer/songwriter Al Denson, reflects a young man with a strong desire to develop a music ministry to youth and music lovers alike.

Robert Pierre's musical journey began in the fall of 2005 when what started out as a simple holiday gift recording for friends and family quickly caught the attention of Robert's local Christian radio station and beyond. Within days, and without a promotional team, the CD gained the favor of hundreds of local and regional stations nationwide. There were so many requests for Robert's music that his family decided to post it online for 10 days of free downloading, and thousands of downloads were recorded. This overwhelming interest in his music encouraged Robert's passionate desire to use his God-given gift to reach out to his peers with the message of the Gospel. Now, with the assistance of a team of seasoned industry veterans as well as his loving family behind him, Robert is set to impact youth around the country with Inside Out.

Robert Pierre's Inside Out will be distributed in the CBA market by Provident-Integrity Distribution and by Sony BMG in the general market. For more information about Robert Pierre and Inside Out, visit www.robertpierre.com.
