TWO HARBORS, Minn. – Visitors to Minnesota’s North Shore of Lake Superior will feast on 15 varieties of wild game served at Grand Superior Lodge on October 21, 2006. This Wild Game and Brewer’s Feast will also feature specialty ales and unique brews from South Shore Brewery of Ashland Wisconsin.

The chef at Grand Superior Lodge has created the wild game recipes from scratch, promising a true taste of Minnesota’s North Shore of Lake Superior. Braised bison osso bucco, pale ale stewed rabbit, pheasant stir fry, and coconut curried antelope fettuccini are just a few of the selections to go wild over. The buffet-style dinner will include salads, appetizers, entrees, desserts, and accompaniments. All selections will be served buffet-style so guests will be able to try each of the various temptations.

North Shore visitors can simply enjoy the wild game feast, or make a weekend out of it by staying in one of Grand Superior Lodge’s lakeside lodge rooms, suites, cabins, or log homes.
