Celebrity Chef, Oliver Saucy, of Café Maxx to Lead Class at The Publix Apron’s Cooking School

Pompano Beach, Florida (October 20, 2006)——-Chef Oliver Saucy is honored to be leading one cooking class this week at each of the Publix Apron’s Cooking Schools in Tampa and Sarasota, Florida . Saucy joins an impressive list of star chefs including Wolfgang Puck, Paul Prudhomme, Rachael Ray and many others who have participated in these exciting classes.

Chef Saucy is one of South Florida’s most well-known and respected chefs. His restaurant with Darrel Broek, Café Maxx, based in Pompano Beach, has been lauded by critics and gourmands all over the world for its innovative and utterly delicious cuisine. In fact, Café Maxx was once a question on the hit show Jeopardy.

Students at the cooking school are in for a real treat, as Saucy is constantly praised for his own fun-filled and fast-paced classes that are now the subject of a new television program called, The Secrets of Café Maxx. This highly anticipated monthly program will be debuting in November on BRET, Boca Raton Educational Television.
