HOUSTON REAL ESTATE LEADERS ATTEND THE PRUDENTIAL FORUM

HOUSTON, TX. - Mark Woodroof, partner, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, and Lynn Breedlove, director of corporate relocation for the company, recently joined more than 550 relocation industry specialists from around the world at Pointe South Mountain Resort in Phoenix, Arizona, for The Prudential Forum. The three-day networking event was hosted by Prudential Relocation, a Prudential Financial, Inc. [NYSE:PRU] business.

This year's program, themed Moving in Great Company, brought together relocation and real estate professionals, relocation clients and service providers in order to strengthen relationships and explore ideas for improving the service delivery process.

"Prudential Forum is a unique industry event bringing together all elements of the value chain, from our clients, our associates, to members of the Prudential Real Estate Network strategic alliance partners," said Margery Marshall, president, Prudential Relocation. "The Prudential Forum helps to spark innovation and collaboration between many organizations, which results in more efficient and well-run employee relocations."

Among the courses offered was the 2006 North America Mobility Trends Report, a best practices survey sponsored by Prudential Relocation that gathered data from more than 150 companies on mobility trends in the North American marketplace.

Woodroof was chosen to serve on a panel of five experts at the closing session of the forum. Representing the brokerage perspective, he discussed the benefits of supply chain management as related to the survey results in the Mobility Trends Report. "We are seeing more and more corporations using the services of relocation companies such as Prudential Relocation," said Woodroof. "They are realizing that is where they are going to receive the highest quality customer service and where their transferees will have the most positive experience."

Woodroof has been active in residential real estate brokerage management since 1985, serving in a number of leadership roles. An industry leader, he has been actively involved with the Houston Association of Realtors for over 15 years, serving as its chairman in 1999.

Breedlove has received numerous awards for her work in the relocation industry, including the North American Performance Award for Group Support Move and the 2005 Regional Performance Award in Destination Services presented by Prudential Relocation Services.

"Whether a client's destination is across town or around the world, the process of relocation ranks near the top of the list of stress-producing events," said Breedlove. "At Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, we are committed to streamlining and easing the difficulty of transition facing transferees."
